Data Deletion

Users can permanently delete their connected accounts and associated data from Devaito at any time. After deletion, all access tokens, refresh tokens, cached content, scheduled posts, and analytics data associated with the connected account are permanently removed from our systems.

How to delete your connected accounts and data

From Devaito: open your store admin dashboard, go to the module where the account is connected (for example Inbox & Leads → Social or Social Connections) and click Disconnect next to the connected account. All access tokens stored for that account are removed immediately.

From Facebook or Instagram: you can also remove Devaito directly from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Devaito → Remove). Facebook automatically notifies Devaito and we permanently delete the access tokens and data associated with your account. If you use Facebook’s “Delete your information” option, your request is processed immediately and you receive a confirmation code together with a link to our deletion status page where you can confirm that the deletion has been completed.
