b) Payment accounts like PayPal and Apple Pay will be created on your behalf. It is your responsibility to manage these accounts.

a) A valid payment method must be on file at all times to pay for all fees incurred.
b) You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your store and the use of FulSite services.
4. Confidentiality
a) Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information.
b) Confidential information includes all business, technical, and financial information.
5. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
a) We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.
b) You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services.
6. Intellectual Property and Your Materials
a) You retain ownership of all materials you upload, but grant us a license to use them for operating and promoting our services.
b) You may not use our trademarks without our permission.
7. Third Party Services
a) We are not responsible for third party services you use at your own risk.
b) Any third party services integrated with FulSite are done at your discretion and responsibility.
8. Modifications
a) We reserve the right to update or change any portion of the Terms of Service at any time with proper notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
b) FulSite may change the Fees with 30 days' notice. We are not liable for changes in price, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services (or any part thereof).
